– Holders of a bachelor’s, graduate’s, master’s or PhD degree;
and that, cumulatively:
– Meet the conditions set by the intended Higher Education Institution (IES), duly approved and disclosed;
– Satisfy the prerequisites, when required by the institution/course pair intended.
