- Not having your enrolment constrained;
- Have your tuition fees in a regularized situation (relating to all the academic years in which you have enrolled), by paying all outstanding amounts or signing up to and complying with an overdue tuition fees regularization plan;
- This request is made in InforEstudante, under the Academic Desk/Requests, by selecting the Request for changing the tuition fee payment plan in installments;
- Not having any unreleased grades for the last academic year;
- Students with unreleased grades can enrol within 7 days;
- Students with unreleased grades will be able to enrol within 7 days from the release of the last grade, without payment, and will be notified about the grade release via email by InforEstudante.
From 1st of August to 15th of October 2024
If you fail to renew your enrolment on the dates set for this purpose, you will have to pay a supplementary fee in accordance with the IPC’s table of fees:
- In the first 15 consecutive days from the regularly set deadline – €15;
- In the following 15 days and up to 30 days after the regularly set deadline – €50;
- After 30 consecutive days, if the President of the OU authorizes late enrolment/registration – €100.
- Enrolment is carried out on the academic platform at https://inforestudante.ipc.pt ;
- To authenticate you must use the following credentials: User = institutional student’s address; Password = (previously defined by the student);
- After logging in, click on the link ‘Academic Desk >> Enrolment in courses’ and select the course you want to enrol in;
- Confirm the pre-registration debts and then generate the amounts for the payment of the registration fee and the first instalment of the tuition fee;
- Students who declare their intention to apply for a scholarship and provide proof of this application or declare their intention under oath, can choose not to pay the first instalment of the tuition fee at the time of enrolment. To do this, they must request an application at the Academic Desk – Applications – request for special DGES scholarship holder status, as soon as the pre-enrolment debts have been generated. This request is set to be automatically accepted and as soon as it is submitted, the student can return to enrolment and complete the process. Submitting this request does not suspend the enrolment fee and the student must pay it in order to go ahead and complete the enrolment process;
- Once you have paid the enrolment fee and tuition, you must register for the courses you will be attending;
- At the end you have to SEAL the application;
- You don’t need to go to the school office to pick up the proof of enrolment – you can download the multipurpose certificate from Inforestudante under the Documents Desk.
