To apply for higher education by special competition, the student must cumulatively:
-Be over 23 years of age until December 31st of the year prior to registration;
-Not be the holder of a qualification for access to higher education;
-Have passed the especially adequate exams aimed at assessing the capacity to attend higher education, carried out in the Higher Education Institutions;
-Fulfill the prerequisites, when required by the institution/course pair intended.
