It is expected that, by the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation in management and will be capable of understanding the functioning of a company/organization, identifying its limitations and potential, considering the context in which it operates. They should be able to contribute to the definition of objectives, develop plans and actions to achieve those objectives, and establish control systems to monitor the company’s/organization’s progress. Students should also be able to integrate into companies, work in teams, and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Furthermore, students should possess technical skills in one of the course’s specialization areas – Finance, Marketing, or Human Resources – which will enable them to enter the job market or pursue further studies in the field of management.
