6. Residence Permit (EU or EEE Countries)
When staying for 90 days or more, students must register at Câmara Municipal de Coimbra, at the post placed in the 1st floor of Loja do Cidadão (Av. Fernão de Magalhães, downtown, near the train station), where the students must confirm their current addresss, in order to acquire a residence permit. To do so, students need the following documents:
- Valid Passport or national identity card;
- Statement from host institution in Portugal confirming condition of scholarship holder, as well as the mobility period;
- A document confirming the students' address
Further information, must be obtained at the same place.

7. Residence Permit (Non-EU Countries)
You must apply for a study visa to the Portuguese Consulate or Embassy in your own home country or country of permanent residence. |
